The new MFD series is a high-efficiency, CTI-certified*, ASHRAE-90.1-2010 compliant, cooling tower, that comes to fill a need in the market for a high-quality, reliable, easily serviceable, tower. It uses the best quality NICOTRA (Italy) centrifugal fans for the lowest possible noise levels and highest efficiency.
MCC Series
The MCC series is a CTI certified counter-flow, induced-draft cooling tower, designed for small footprint and high efficiency.
Its four-side air intake makes it very compact, and easy to accommodate in tight spaces. There are 40 models in this series, ranging between 40 and 400 tons per cell, and two sub-categories: MCC-2300 in FRP construction and MCC-2600 in either G-235 Hot-dipped galvanized steel or stainless steel construction.
Among its standard features are, ANSI-125 flanges, centralized piping cluster at the bottom of the tower to reduce installation costs, non-clogging spray nozzles, low-speed, low-noise airfoil axial fans, and factory assembled fill, make this series a very competitive, value-filled solution for any project.
MXR-KM Series
The “flagship” of MESAN’s product line-up, the MXR-KM series is a cross-flow, induced-draft cooling tower engineered for lowest energy consumption and longest trouble-free service life.
Each one of the 220 models in this series is CTI certified as per STD-201.
All models in this series are also fully ASHRAE-90.1 2010 compliant with efficiency ratios above 60 gpm/HP (up to 120 on certain sizes), largely exceeding this standard’s threshold of 38.2 gpm/HP, which makes the MXR-KM series an ideal solution for building owners and designers, looking for Green Building status for their projects.
Unique standard features, like single- inlet self-balancing piping connection (from sizes “A” to “E”), nozzle-less water distribution, layered fill, self-supporting FRP casing without internal metal structure, ANSI-125 flanges, and double coat of UV-resistant white gelcoat, sealed speed reducers with bearings rated for L10-80,000 hours, all contribute to a reliable, easy to install, cost competitive, excellent tower.
Available in FRP, G-235 Hot-dipped galvanized steel and SS-304 or SS-316 stainless steel, or any combination of these materials.
MKT Series
The MKT series is a non-CTI certified, low-cost, very efficient, counter-flow induced-draft bottle type cooling tower. A time-proven reliable design that has been around for over 50 years, this series is the solution for those cost-conscious projects where a CTI-certified tower may not be necessary.
Its round shape makes it an all-around performer, under any prevailing winds direction, it also allows for low restriction to airflow resulting in very low energy consumption.
Only available in corrosion-resistant FRP construction with either G235 HDGS or SS-304 structure. ANSI-125 flanges and UV-resistant gelcoat are standard features. Sizes range from 5 to 1,000 tons.
